Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses, which cause illnesses ranging from a common cold (some seasonal viruses are Coronaviruses) to more severe conditions such as MERS-VOCs or SARS.
The virus identified in January 2020 in China is a new Coronavirus, named SARS-CoV-2. The disease caused by this coronavirus has been named COVID-19 by the World Health Organization - WHO. Since March 11, 2020, WHO has described the global situation of COVID-19 as a pandemic; that is to say, the epidemic is now global.
The disease is spread by droplets (invisible secretions from sneezing or coughing). It is therefore considered that close contact with a sick person is necessary to transmit the disease: same place of life, direct contact within a meter during a cough, sneeze or a discussion in the absence of protective measures. One of the other preferred vectors for the transmission of the virus is contact with unwashed hands.
This is why barrier gestures and social distancing measures are essential to protect oneself from the disease.
The incubation period is the period between contamination and the onset of the first symptoms. The COVID-19 coronavirus incubation period is 3 to 5 days in general, but it can be up to 14 days. During this period, the subject can be contagious: he can carry the virus before the onset of symptoms or at the onset of weak signals.

The Government published on March 19, 2020 a guide to the practices to be followed for home delivery which remains authorized. It is now contactless and must take place under the following conditions:
Deliveries will be made in priority to the recipient's standard mailboxes. Shippers are encouraged to optimize the size of their packages to make this type of delivery as easy as possible.
In the event of deliveries that do not enter a standard mailbox, the delivery person notifies the customer or the designated person of his arrival (by striking or ringing).
The delivery person deposits the package on the doorstep and immediately deviates a minimum distance of 1 meter from the door, before the door is opened by the customer.
He can leave the package on the doorstep or make sure, remotely that the package has been received by the customer. It does not collect a handwritten signature from the client.
The goal is not to be in close contact and, in particular, not to pass the package from hand to hand
To date, Chronopost transport services are still available for international shipments. Goods are not currently affected by blockages, especially for shipments to the United States.
However, in view of the latest general containment measures and the closing of the borders of most countries in Europe, delays are to be expected following security checks and a reduced presence of couriers.
Relay shipments have become impossible in Europe to date.
For all orders from March 21, 2020 to May 21, 2020, returns of orders are accepted. Simply contact Customer Service via the email address customerservices@mn-clothes.com to begin the process. Shipments will be made by Colissimo or Chronopost.
